M.Tech

The department offers two specialized masters' program namely MTech (VLSI & ES) and MTech (CSP). The VLSI & ES program has been developed in close coordination with STMicroelectronics. The structure of the course enables students to be industry ready and the students have been able to obtain multiple offers immediately upon graduation. The students specialize in following distinct directions such as Digital VLSI, Analog and Mixed Signal Design, RF Design, and Embedded Systems. The MTech (CSP) is a cross disciplinary program with the possibility of specialization in diverse directions such as Optimization, Biomedical Imaging, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Forensics, Wireless Networks, Optical Communication, and Wireless Communication. The students are trained to be industry ready and have been hired by prominent employers in the recent past. In addition, the students graduating from these masters' program have got admission in doctoral programs at the leading institutions in the country and abroad.
